About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and creative Brand Ambassador to be the voice of Sunshine & Sons.
This is a hands-on public relations role where you’ll connect our brand with consumers, media, and industry partners — bringing our story to life through content, events, and real-world experiences.
Working closely with our marketing partners, you’ll help shape how our brand is seen, felt, and experienced — both at our Distillery Door and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Build brand awareness by engaging with consumers and stakeholders
- Create compelling content for press releases, media, and digital platforms
- Develop clear and consistent brand messaging aligned with product positioning
- Manage communications including email marketing and social media
- Plan and deliver PR campaigns, media activity, and press releases
- Organise and execute brand activations, events, and trade shows
- Coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, stylists)
- Represent Sunshine & Sons at events, tastings, and media opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partners and industry networks
- Develop training resources for the Sales Team
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and evaluate performance
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a people-first, experience-driven environment and knows how to turn moments into stories.
You’ll bring:
- A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in a public relations, brand, or communications role (ideally in beverages, hospitality, or lifestyle brands)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence presenting and engaging with diverse audiences
- A proactive, creative, and hands-on approach
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- Availability to work onsite in Woombye

Remuneration
$70,000 – $80,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)
