Tweed Valley Lodge is a 4 star RAC rated property offering truly unique but affordable accommodation with spacious, beautifully appointed suites.

Tweed Valley is looking for an experienced Bed and Breakfast or Guest House Manager to manage the operations in WA.

Responsibilities:

·Guest Services & Interaction: Meeting and greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling reservations, and resolving inquiries or complaints to ensure satisfaction.

·Property Operations & Housekeeping: Overseeing cleaning staff or conducting cleaning/laundry to maintain high hygiene and safety standards. Organizing maintenance and repairs for rooms and grounds.

·Food & Beverage Management: Planning, preparing, or supervising breakfast service and ensuring proper stocking of food items.

·Administration & Finance: Preparing budgets, controlling costs, managing invoices, and monitoring occupancy rates and financial records.

·Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and scheduling cleaning or front office staff.

·Marketing & Promotion: Developing advertising strategies, managing social media, and promoting the business to increase bookings.

Skills and Experience required:

·Diploma or higher in hospitality or Hotel management

·Exceptional communication and customer service skills

·Hands-on two years or more of hospitality or hotel operation experience, often combining business tasks with housekeeping management

·Experience managing Site Minder and other internet-based room inventory sites such as ***********, Expedia & booking button

·Strong organizational and financial management skills

·Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations

Salary: $76,000-$80,000/year + Super
