About the role:

SHRIJA Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to support the delivery of high-quality beauty and wellness services. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their skincare and treatment needs, perform a wide range of beauty services, and provide professional advice on suitable treatments and products. You will be responsible for conducting consultations, delivering treatments such as facials, hair removal, and nail services, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene and client care. You will also play a key role in maintaining client records, managing appointments, and contributing to product sales. Key Responsibilities:

·Provide personalised consultations to clients by understanding their beauty concerns, assessing skin types and conditions, and recommending suitable treatments and skincare solutions aligned with the salon’s service standards

·Deliver a wide range of professional beauty services including customised facials, skin treatments, and make-up applications for everyday and special occasions

·Perform high-quality manicure and pedicure treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, nail enhancements, nail art, and restorative hand and foot therapies

·Carry out relaxing and therapeutic face and body treatments, including massage techniques, to enhance client wellbeing and overall experience

·Safely and effectively perform hair removal services such as waxing, threading, tinting, and other advanced techniques in accordance with hygiene and safety protocols

·Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatments and products used within the salon, ensuring services are tailored to achieve optimal client results and satisfaction

·Manage client appointments through the booking system, maintain accurate client histories, and ensure smooth daily salon operations

·Build strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and providing professional advice on skincare routines and suitable cosmetic products

·Actively promote and recommend retail beauty and skincare products to clients, contributing to the business’s sales and customer retention goals

Requirements:

·Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent) in a recognised discipline

·Strong understanding of skincare treatments, beauty techniques, and hygiene and safety standards within a professional salon environment

·Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in beauty therapy, skincare, or wellness service settings

·Proven ability to perform a range of treatments including facials, hair removal, nail services, and basic body therapies

·Excellent attention to detail with strong client consultation and problem-solving skills to recommend suitable treatments

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service

·Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

·Familiarity with salon management practices, including appointment scheduling, client record maintenance, and product handling

·Knowledge of current beauty trends, products, and treatment techniques is preferred
