The role
Tully Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Bakers to join our team in Bentleigh East, VIC. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods to delight our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

- Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker, with a strong background in traditional and artisanal baking
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
