As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you’ll be trusted to:

• Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, setting the standard for quality, speed and guest experience.
• Drive operational excellence across all shifts, ensuring food quality, safety and service standards are consistently delivered.
• Lead from the front — coaching, mentoring and motivating your team to perform at their best.
• Take ownership of key restaurant metrics including performance, productivity and team engagement.
