The purpose of this job

Is to play a vital role in the effective support of the Practice Manager in driving smooth operations, assist and oversee reception and to dental assist when necessary.   To foster leadership within the team and assistant with improving staff performance. Help with growth and staff development, goal setting and compliance with company standards. To take charge in the Manager’s absence overseeing all the facets of the business.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to manage recruitment, team meetings, and step in for the Practice Manager as needed.
  • Proven experience in people and business management, with a solid understanding of financial performance, budgets, and daily operations.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills (dental experience required).
  • Confident in managing patient interactions, including appointments, enquiries, accounts, and payments, while taking responsibility and making decisions.
