Job Description:
The ideal candidate will transform design concepts into precise technical drawings that reflect structural and regulatory requirements, supporting seamless execution across all project phases.
Tasks include:
- Based on the design concept and project requirements, use professional software such as AutoCAD, Revit to prepare and develop preliminary sketches, working drawings, detailing, and technical specifications.
- Accurately understand and interpret architectural planning, building regulations and related operation standards to ensure that the drawing results comply with technical specifications.
- Review, edit and revise the drawings and construction plans, promptly reflecting design changes, on-site requirements and compliance requirements.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the schedule of the drawing work to ensure timely delivery and meeting the project node requirements.
- Cooperate with the design, construction and supervision teams to ensure smooth connection between the drawings and each stage of the project.
- Verify the accuracy of the drawings, materials and related documents to ensure they comply with project specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Standardize the preservation of project-related records to ensure orderly document drafting, timely content updates and professional compliance.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Building Design, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid knowledge of architectural drafting with comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, construction standards, and industry codes of practice.
- Proficient in industry-standard architectural drafting software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
