Allocator – 12 Month FTC Bras N Things: Pyrmont, Sydney

Ready to broaden your retail skills?

We’re looking for a sharp Allocator to help drive sales, profit and stock performance across our retail stores.

You’ll work closely with the Merchandise Planning team to plan, distribute and replenish stock, ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time. Using Blue Yonder, you’ll manage allocations, seasonal bulks and in-season trading to maximise sales and keep inventory on target.

What you’ll do

• Allocate and replenish stock to stores to hit sales, GM and inventory targets
• Monitor store performance, transfers and replenishment parameters
• Support PO creation and in-season trade analysis
• Identify risks and opportunities and turn insights into action

What you’ll bring

• Previous allocator or retail store experience
• Confidence working with numbers and retail metrics
• Excel skills and retail planning software
• A proactive, detail-focused mindset and ability to juggle priorities
• A collaborative, problem-solving approach
