KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plan and execute advertising campaigns to promote short-term rental properties across multiple digital platforms, including OTA channels (e.g. Airbnb, ***********), Google and social media.
2. Develop and manage advertising content, including property listings, visual materials, and promotional copy, to enhance market visibility and customer engagement.
3. Coordinate advertising schedules and campaign rollouts to align with seasonal demand, occupancy targets and market trends.
4. Monitor and analyse advertising performance metrics (e.g. impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates), and adjust campaigns to improve effectiveness.
5. Work with photographers, designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials for rental listings.
6. Optimise property listing visibility and ranking performance on booking platforms through targeted advertising strategies.
7. Conduct competitor advertising reviews and identify opportunities to improve campaign positioning and reach.
8. Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.
9. Prepare reports on advertising campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
