About the Role:

The Administrative Officer role within the Non-Admitted Patient Services department is responsible for front line customer service including reception and phone duties. This role works in a team environment and key responsibilities include appointment scheduling, referral and waitlist management, and liaison with patients and clinical personnel.

The Administrative Officer role within the Physiotherapy Department provides high value administrative support to the Physiotherapy Department in the management of referrals, phone calls, appointment bookings, and other administrative duties for the Physiotherapy outpatient services.
