About the role:

A rewarding opportunity for to provide high quality and professional administration support at our Box Hill residential facility.

  • Provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends
  • Checking in visitors, contractors and other guests, ensuring OSH guidelines are followed
  • Provide friendly and professional reception switchboard support
  • Ad-hoc Administration duties as required or advised
  • Full time role, Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm

About you:

This is the place for you if you have:

  • Experience and expertise in managing a busy switchboard and reception
  • Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of people, including older people or those who have disabilities
  • Experience in residential aged care or community is strongly preferred
  • Experience in database and finance systems
  • Excellent proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions
  • Are committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

  • A current Working With Children Check card 
  • Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
