A rapidly growing, privately owned insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Account Director to take ownership of a significant commercial portfolio while driving profitable growth across midmarket and corporate clients. With sustained expansion, the business requires a proven specialist who can elevate client outcomes, deepen market engagement and contribute to longterm strategic ambitions.
Your new role
Lead a significant commercial insurance portfolio, ensuring excellent client outcomes, strong retention and consistent growth. You will enhance coverage and placement strategies, expand client shareofwallet, and drive targeted new business. Working closely with senior leaders and broking teams, you will influence market strategy, negotiate with insurers and agencies, and contribute to an uplift in technical standards across the function.
