The Opportunity
Take ownership of an established SME portfolio and build on it. This is a client-facing role where your expertise and relationship skills will be front and centre.
You’ll be:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients
- Handling renewals and placing new business
- Negotiating with insurers to secure the best outcomes
- Managing policy changes, endorsements, and quotations
- Delivering a high standard of service that keeps clients coming back
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who knows your way around broking and enjoys building trusted client relationships.
- Tier 1 / Diploma in Insurance Broking (essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in General Insurance Broking
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with CBS, Sunrise or insurer platforms (nice to have)
